How we work
Since the start in 2001, Antrop has worked closely with clients and partners in a hig number of projects. During this time we have developed and refined our user-centred methods in order to create systems and products that the users can and want to use.
It is important to remember that there is not only one way to do things. Organisations differ, people have different knowledge and needs and different projects have different prerequisites concerning e.g. documentation and project management. We believe that our tools and knowledge supports companies and organisations that want to achieve high quality of use. You can read more about how we work under Our work process
We want to spread the way we work, our knowledge and our view of usability to our clients. We have established methods for directing our projects in such a way that our clients are highly involved in the projects and have a full view of what is going on. In addition to client projects, Antrop is also engaged in research in the area of Human-Computer Interaction. Our co-worker, Erik Markensten has for instance participated as a doctoral student in a research project at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, and has published an often quoted and acclaimed thesis called “Mind the gap”.
