Graphic design
Are you uncertain if your brand is presented correctly to the users? Or do you have an IT system in need of a visual face lift? Would you like to enhance and clarify the user interface of your web site?
Visual elements has a great potential to enhance the communication between your organisation and its audience.
Antrop's graphic designers have vast experience of projects of various size and complexity, for public and private organisations, both national and international. Our designers work with interfaces for external web sites, intranets, communities, business systems and cell phone/PDA interfaces and are experts in translating conceptually and technically complex ideas into attractive and realistic graphic concepts.
Form and function go hand and hand and that's why Antrop's graphic designers and interaction architects work closely together. This ensure that the design strengthens the identity of the enterprise as well as the navigation and information structure.
Our designers are often also part of the exploratory process in the beginning of a project, the contextual interviews or evaluations that we conduct etc, to aquire a more profound concept of the requirements and goals of the system. This significantly simplifies the following work.
In order to get a shared understanding of how a brand should be presented, we carry out workshops with clients and create "mood boards" with a selection of design elements such as colours, shapes, images, typefaces etc. The mood board is used to further develop the actual graphic design.
One or several design concepts are developed in parallel to the interaction design work. The graphic design(s) can also be applied to the interaction design prototype and evaluated by users. After one or more interations, the final design concept is ready.
If your organisation already has graphic guidelines, we will explore how to develop, implement and manage these in a new or updated service.
Our designs are normally delivered in Photoshop format and combined with a design manual where measurements, colours, typefaces, icon etc are specified.
