What a goal-directed design project looks like varies from client to client. Using our well-tried work process we will tailor a project plan that suits your particular project.
The goal-directed design process starts with requirements capture. Business goals for the project are defined and the target groups, which should be prioritised to achieve these goals, are identified.
The requirements are detailed and the interaction design of the system is visualized in a series of sketches and prototypes. The requirement specification and prototype can be used for procuring the technical development of the system.
We are often part of the development phase, making sure that focus is kept on the prioritised requirements from the organisation and users. We can also evaluate the system while it is being developed and after launch as well as follow-up the business goals that have been defined for the project.
