Evaluation
Does your IT system fulfil the needs and goals of your users? Do they use the system or web site as was intended?
The evaluation of an existing solution produces new and valuable knowledge of how the system can be improved. The same goes for evaluations of prototypes in paper format or in Visio or HTML. We prefer evaluations that involve the end users. Field studies, usage testing and interviews are often suitable methods. We always include suggestions for improvement in the presentation of our results.
